About ChillXand

ChillXand provides professional infrastructure services for the Xandeum ecosystem, including managed pNode (storage node) operations and RPC endpoint services for developers building on Xandeum—Solana's scalable storage layer.

Services Offered

pNode Management Services

ChillXand offers managed storage node operations for Xandeum pNode license holders. Services include node setup, monitoring, maintenance, and optimization. Customers retain ownership of their pNode licenses while ChillXand handles technical operations.

RPC Services

ChillXand provides RPC (Remote Procedure Call) endpoint services for developers building applications on the Xandeum network. Various service tiers are available based on usage requirements.

Terms of Service

Service Availability

ChillXand strives to maintain high availability for all services. While we target 99.9% uptime, services are provided on an "as-is" basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.

Payment Terms

Service fees are billed according to the pricing plans displayed at the time of subscription. For pNode management services, fees are denominated in XAND tokens. For RPC services, fees are denominated in USD. Payment terms and methods are specified during the signup process.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of their account credentials and API keys
• Ensuring their use of services complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Providing accurate information during registration
• Notifying ChillXand promptly of any unauthorized use of their account

Acceptable Use

Services may not be used for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations. ChillXand reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChillXand and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Intellectual Property

ChillXand, its logo, and related branding are property of ChillXand. Xandeum and related marks are property of their respective owners. Use of these marks without authorization is prohibited.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of ChillXand services shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of disputes before pursuing legal remedies.

Changes to Terms

ChillXand reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
